LVS Company Profile
Las Vegas Sands (LVS) owns, develops, and operates various integrated resort properties primarily in the United States, Macau, and Singapore. It owns and operates The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, and The Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada; and the Sands Macao, The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel, the Plaza Casino, and the Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Striptm in Macau, the People's Republic of China. The company also owns and operates Marina Bay Sands in Singapore; and the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Las Vegas Sands Corp. was founded in 1988 and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. LVS is affected by interest rate risk on the large amounts of debt that it owns. Las Vegas Sands has been paying dividends since 2012 and has increased them consistently since then. LVS pays its dividend quarterly.
