Banner Corp- (BANR)-is a $4.5 billion bank holding company operating two commercial banks in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Banner serves the Pacific Northwest region with a full range of deposit services and business, commercial real estate, construction, residential, agricultural and consumer loans. As of December 30, 2006, Banner Bank operated 61 branch offices and 24 loan production offices in 26 counties in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. The bank was founded in 1890 and is based in Walla Walla, Washington.
