So, it’s totally understandable when he waxes poetic on the virtue of holding equities and investing in the stock market. But his latest advice on why to own stocks isn’t just coming from Buffett’s own love affair. There’s some really sound reasoning behind his advice to keep buying stocks.

And that would be the Republican tax plan.

According to Buffett, the tax plan makes stock ownership that more attractive. For investors on the fence about investing or those looking to increase their allocations, it could be the best news they’ve heard all day.
