As of June 30, 2012, it operated 87 branch offices located throughout northern and central New Jersey and New York. The company was founded in 1926 and is headquartered in Short Hills, New Jersey. Investors Bancorp, Inc. is a subsidiary of Investors Bancorp, MHC.
