Ken Fincher is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at First Trust. His current responsibilities include management of separately managed accounts that invest primarily in closed-end funds. J. Thomas Futrell, CFA was born in 1955. Mr. Futrell earned a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
