There are certain sectors of the market that tend to be favorite stomping grounds for income seekers. Some sectors of the market just lend themselves to steady sales, cash flows, and consistent dividend payouts/growth. Often that list of income sectors includes much of the market’s more boring fare: utilities, telecommunications stocks and a hefty dose of toothpaste, toilet paper and canned tomatoes.
