Northrop Grumman Reports Rise in Earnings; Beats Analysts Estimates (NOC)
Security company, Northrop Grumman Corporation(NOC



) reported increased Q4 EPS on Wednesday, beating estimates.
The Falls Church, VA based company reported fourth quarter earnings of $533 million, or $2.14 per share, from $550 million, or $2.09 per share last year. Excluding special items, earnings were $2.06 per share, from $1.85 per last year. Analysts estimates EPS of $1.74.
Revenue dropped to $6.48 billion from $6.51 billion last year, but beat estimates of $6.37 billion.
Looking forward, the company expects to see FY2013 net income in the range of $6.85 to $7.15 per share. Analysts are estimating EPS of $6.97.
Northrop Grumman shares were mostly flat during premarket trading Wednesday. The stock has increased 13% in the past year.
