The Bankruptcy segment offers solutions that address the needs of Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy trustees to administer bankruptcy proceedings and of debtor corporations that file a plan of reorganization. The Settlement Administration segment provides managed services, including legal notification, claims administration, project administration, and controlled disbursement services. The company serves law firms, corporate legal departments, bankruptcy trustees, and other professional advisors. Epiq Systems, Inc. was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas.
