Janney Montgomery Scott Downgrades Wyndham Worldwide to "Neutral" on a Valuation Call (WYN)May 15, 2013Analysts at Janney Montgomery Scott downgraded Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (WYN) on Wednesday, as the hospitality company's stock is currently fairly valued. The analysts downgraded WYN from "Buy" to "Neutral" and see shares reaching $66. This price target suggests a 3.4% upside to Tuesday's closing price of $63.83. McGill went on to add, "We applaud management for adjusting its business model several years ago to focus on FCF generation. The stock has acted favorably to this transition and increased by 41% in 2012 and is up 20% YTD.
