The company offers its products and services through local branches, catalogs, and the Internet. It operates in the United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, India, Puerto Rico, China, Colombia, Panama, and the Dominican Republic. The company was founded in 1927 and is headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois.
