As of December 31, 2007, Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers operated from approximately 110 locations, including 37 auction sites in approximately 27 countries. Its customers include contractors, truck and equipment dealers and brokers, finance companies, and rental companies. The company was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Richmond, Canada.
