Ameron Inc. (AMN) - manufactures and sells engineered products and materials for the chemical, industrial, energy, transportation, and infrastructure industries from its plants in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. It operates in three segments: Fiberglass-Composite Pipe, Water Transmission, and Infrastructure Products. The company was founded in 1907. It was formerly known as American Concrete Pipe Co. and changed its name to American Pipe and Construction Co. in 1942; to Ameron, Inc. in 1970; and to Ameron International Corporation in 1996. The company is headquartered in Pasadena, California.
