The company also sells isotonics, iced tea, and bottled water, as well as offers malt and by-products to third parties. It also bottles, sells, and distributes PepsiCo International, Inc.'s products outside the United States. Companhia de Bebidas distributes its products through third-party distributors and the company's direct distribution centers in 14 countries across the Americas. The company was founded in 1888 and is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
