As of December 31, 2006, EV Energy Partners had estimated net proved reserves of 2 million barrels of oil and 49.4 billion cubic feet of natural gas. It also had interests in 31 net oil producing wells and 1,809 net natural gas producing wells. EV Energy GP, L.P. serves as the general partner of the company.
