Heinz Q4 Profit Drops 10%, Matches Street View (HNZ)

Famous ketchup maker H.J. Heinz Company (HNZ) said Thursday that its fiscal fourth quarter profit fell 10% from year-ago levels, hurt by the stronger dollar and a reduction spending by restaurants.
