S&P Lowers 3M Company’s Credit Rating, but Upgrades Outlook to ‘Stable’ (MMM)

Credit ratings agency Standard & Poor's lowered its corporate credit and senior unsecured ratings for 3M Company (MMM) Wednesday to "AA-" from "AA."
