Altria Reports In-Line Profits, Halts Share Buybacks (MO)

Shares of Altria Group (MO) are flat so far today, after the tobacco company reported profit fell to $679 million, or 33 cents a share, from year-earlier earnings of $2.19 billion, or $1.03 cents a share (which included Philip Morris results before spin-off).
