UnitedHealth Shares Up After Reaffirming Guidance (UNH)

UnitedHealth Group (UNH) shares up over 6% so far today after the company reported profits fell 40% to $726 million, or 60 cents per share, compared with $1.22 billion, or 92 cents per share, from the same quarter last year.
