Sanofi-Aventis to Buy Chattem for $1.9 Billion (SNY)

French pharmaceutical group Sanofi-Aventis SA (SNY) said Monday that it will buy over-the-counter drugmaker Chattem Inc. (CHTT) for $1.9 billion.
