Stanley Works to Buy Black & Decker in $3.46 Billion Deal (SWK, BDK)

In a blockbuster of a deal, The Stanley Works (SWK) said late Monday that it will buy fellow toolmaker The Black & Decker Corporation (BDK) for $3.46 billion in stock.
