General Dynamics Q3 Profit Falls, But Beats View; Forecast Raised (GD)

Defense contractor and aircraft producer General Dynamics Corporation (GD) on Wednesday said its third quarter profit fell nearly 10% from last year, hurt partially by lower sales of its Gulfstream jets.
