Abbott Labs Q3 Profit Surges 16% on Strong Humira Sales (ABT)

Health care products maker Abbott Laboratories (ABT) said Wednesday that its third quarter profit jumped 16% from last year, driven by strong sales of its rheumatoid arthritis drug Humira.
