Entergy’s Q2 Profit falls 16%, Misses View; Full-Year Outlook Cut (ETR)

Electric power producer and distributor Entergy Corporation (ETR) said Tuesday that its second quarter profit fell 16% from last year, and slashed its full-year outlook amid lower demand and higher expenses.
