Johnson & Johnson Unit wins $1.67 Billion Lawsuit from Abbott Labs (JNJ, ABT)

Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), said late Monday that it won a big lawsuit in Texas against Abbott Laboratories (ABT) involving patent infringement on an arthritis treatment drug.
